The history of the Hollywood (FL) police department is sickening. Some of their atrocities are noted on Youtube:

Immediately below, you will see the attack and assault upon Baker, which occurred in less than 60 seconds after entering the holding area. The cops and the City of Hollywood manufactured a video and redacted these frames (among many others), before sending the video to the State Attorney's Office for prosecution.

When you are stopped by Hollywood Florida Police, get prepared for the beating of your life and the use of altered and falsified evidence in order to insure your conviction. The Hollywood Police now give a nomenclature to the falsification of evidence; calling it:

DOING A LITTLE WALT DISNEY ON THE EVIDENCE!

The author (Dr. Frankenstein) of the falsified video has not been charged. That police officer is believed to have been the same corrupt police officer (with the approval of the Chief of Police and Internal Affairs) who did his "Disney Magic" on the following falsified video:

(All references to the falsified video were excised, except that Jeffries received copies of the videos); (Notice, also, that Baker was Mirandized here, rather than simply being sworn. The former is for interrogating a suspect, and the latter is purely to insure that truthful testimony is being taken). This was a daastardly pretext to have Baker state that he "

touched

" the officers in self-defense. Jeffries testified at trial that a citizen does not have a right to resist excessive force and must fall down, curl up, and accept whatever torture, beating, or death that the officer decides to inflict.
