The history of the Hollywood (FL) police department is sickening. Some of their atrocities are noted on Youtube:

Immediately below, you will see the attack and assault upon Baker, which occurred in less than 60 seconds after entering the holding area. The cops and the City of Hollywood manufactured a video and redacted these frames (among many others), before sending the video to the State Attorney's Office for prosecution.

WSVN CHANNEL 7 NEWS REPORT 2

When the Public Defender in Ft. Lauderdale, Howard Finkelstein, was informed that the State was prosecuting Donald Baker based upon a video falsified by the Hollywood Police Department, "Help-Me-Howard" phoned his network, and Channel 7 WSVN reported >> link: You saw in the Channel 7 report the Hollywood spokesperson saying that he relied upon the police reports in concluding that Baker deserved to die, as those police officers attempted to do. Rodes said, "It was wholly justifiable." And he had no problem with the City of Hollywood excising the following scene (among many others) from the charging-package video that Hollywood sent to the state attorney as support for the prosecution of Baker for "assaulting its police officers." Click on this >> view <<> to view the falsified Hollywood Police Department's version of the events. The false corrupt charging-package video and false police reports designed and contrived to be supported by the false video were sent to the state attorney on or about May 7, 2003, and shortly thereafter, the state attorney furnished the Public Defender, Howard Finkelstein, a copy of the false police reports and a copy of the false (now) discovery-package video. We'll refer to this video hereafter as the "Brady v. Maryland" (Brady) video. Finkelstein and his office and assistants sat on the falsified video evidence from May 7, 2003 to September 29, 2003, when the private investigator, John McNamara, (yours truly), gave the public defender a case winning video that showed that the Hollywood Police Department had altered and falsified the surveillance video capturing a police beating of Baker, a 51 year old man, in their holding facility. Today, in 2010, the Hollywood Police Department continues to alter and falsify evidence, and they now call that illegal conduct, "DOING A LITTLE WALT DISNEY ON THE EVIDENCE." See News Report >> here <<. You viewed portions of the Channel 7 video that a private investigator secured under the public records laws of the State of Florida from the City of Hollywood. However, that video WAS NOT the video that the City of Hollywood Police Department sent to the State Attorney to initiate a prosecution against Donald Baker. Let's look at the charging-package video, now: Clink on this link >>HOLLYWOOD's FALSE AND ALTERED VIDEO<<. Open link in new window, and open the file with windows media player. Close the window to return to this page. Did you see Baker attack the two officers? (NO). Did you see either of the two officers attack Baker? (NO). Right now, let's take a frame-by-frame look as what happened and ascertain for ourselves, who attacked whom. I am going to show the video secured under the Public Records Laws of the State of Florida in its entirety. Play close attention to what Officer John Graham is doing immediately before he rushes over to join in on the attack against Baker. John Graham is shown on video trying to remove the handcuffs from Angel Castro (one of the two prisoners allegedly in the fight that either Officer Hoeflinger or Officer Graham (according to Tony Roads as reported in the opening news clip)) was trying to brake up. Simply, stated, they lied, and the following video is the proof. Click here to view >>VIEW PUBLIC RECORDS VIDEO<<. I will demonstrate the still-frames shortly, but, first, I want to show a short video that tracks just one of the major differences between the charging-package video and the Public Records video. Click on this link: >>TO VIEW COMPARISON VIDEO<<. The following link will take you to a frame-by-frame viewing of the POLICE VERSION of the video: >>VIEW LINK<<, then the Public Records video stills:>>VIEW STILLS<<. John McNamara
